چکیده
Abstract During postharvest life, strawberry fruit as a perishable commodity exhibiting short shelf life suffers from fungal decay that severely limits its marketability and nutritional value. Herein, we investigated the mechanisms activated by exogenous phytosulfokine ? (PSK?) application at 150 nM to delay senescence relieve in during storage 4 °C for 18 days. Our results showed higher extracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) accumulation arising lower apyrase 1 (APY1) gene expression treated with PSK? 6 days may serve signaling molecule promote NADPH oxidase activity trigger H2O2 giving rise SUMO E3 ligase (SIZ1) of °C. Also, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), glutathione reductase (GR) genes enzymes associated methionine sulfoxide (MSR) peroxiredoxin (Prx) be ascribed ATP signaling. As result, promoting ROS scavenging systems triggering responsible maintenance membrane integrity shown malondialdehyde (MDA) Besides, fruits exhibited weight loss, total soluble solids, chroma value concurrent firmness, titrable acidity, L* value, hue angle quality attributes, which indicated delayed senescence. Based on our findings, unveils potential used promising biopeptide alleviation life.

This method simulates interactions between multiple processes. Our biologically-derived, reaction-diffusion model generates growth patterns for areas of fungal and bacterial infection. Fungal colony spread and propagatio...
متن کاملExogenous Putrescine Delays Senescence of Lisianthus Cut Flowers
The anti-senescence biogenic polyamines (PAs) putrescine (Put), spermidine (Spd) and spermine (Spm) are involved in plant growth processes and responses to stress. The physiological mechanism of exogenous Put to affect the senescence of cut lisianthus flowers during vase life was investigated. Fresh cut lisianthus flowers were treated with distilled water (control), 0.5, 1 and 2 mM Put and then...
متن کاملEffect of Chitosan Coating on the Postharvest Quality and Antioxidant Enzyme System Response of Strawberry Fruit during Cold Storage
The effectiveness of chitosan fruit coating to delay the qualitative and nutraceutical traits of three strawberry cultivars, namely "Candonga", "Jonica" and "Sabrina", as well as the effects of chitosan on antioxidant enzymes were evaluated. The fruits were coated with 1% and 2% chitosan solution and stored at 2 °C for nine days. Samples were taken every three days. Physico-chemical (weight los...
متن کاملExtracellular ATP activates MAPK and ROS signaling during injury response in the fungus Trichoderma atroviride
The response to mechanical damage is crucial for the survival of multicellular organisms, enabling their adaptation to hostile environments. Trichoderma atroviride, a filamentous fungus of great importance in the biological control of plant diseases, responds to mechanical damage by activating regenerative processes and asexual reproduction (conidiation). During this response, reactive oxygen s...

Fresh fruit of three strawberry cultivars Fragaria ananassa × Duch. (cvs. ‘Clery’, ‘Honeoye’ and ‘NF 421’ (Asia)) were investigated and used to produce jams, which were analyzed before and aft er dark storage at 20 °C for six months. Th e aim of this investigation was to characterize all the samples in relation to the total phenolics, fl avonoids, nonfl avonoids, total anthocyanins and antioxid...
